Many IMG's such as me do not have access to former school services such as career counseling and guidence. Being in the United States without the back up network of friends and working associates, makes one feel isolated at times. It seems to me that many IMG's are making critical decisions about medicine without proper counseling. I would appreciate finding web sites and any information where I could receive advice as to what decisions should be made on my career path. Sdn forums have helped but still each one of has certain circumstances that affect each one of us differently.
