1. Is it easy for the newly graduate to find job?

2. Do the newly graduate need one more extra year as the residency to get licensed just for the practice?

Hello,

To answer your questions...

1. No it is not. Dental jobs are abundant but to get what you are LOOKING for could require some searching.

2. I have heard that some states require one year residency for licensing. Check with your local state board to find out. DP
