Are there any accredited dental schools in the Caribbean that CA will accept?

I've never heard of this. You would be classified as an international student and be required to take an advanced placement program to practice in the states if such a program did exist.

There aren't any Caribbean dental schools, thank God.

there is Puerto Rico though, don't know much about it.

if you want options that are basically the "Caribbeans for dental"
they would be Touro, LECOM, USC, New England basically any new school + USC

Have you actually looked at UNE? New England is a new school, but it is absolutely not the last rung on the ladder when it comes to dentistry, especially with their new and modern facilities. The small class size and high faculty to student ratio proves they're not churning out degrees like a factory. Their ASDA event held in Maine last year was so accomodating and professional I couldn't believe it was their first time doing it. They most certainly stand toe to toe with BU and Tufts in District 1. Take a hard look at the schools you're comparing to the "Caribbean for dental" before posting. This was a top choice private school for many of my peers.

funny how UNE is now considered to be a decent school just because its a top choice for some people, well Touro is definitely a top choice for many as well
that doesn't stop the bashing against Touro does it? in the end they are all newer schools and people will likely reject their admissions there if they get into
cheaper or older schools with a long history of producing dentists. This allows the waitlist for the newer schools to run faster.

I see you like comparing a fully staffed dental school with one that still isn't legally allowed to have any acceptances. What I don't see is how you can be in a position to say anything about Touro since nothing is confirmed about them so far and the clinic isn't even built yet. "Oh it's new, so it has to be a piece of trash. Better go there once I've exhausted all alternatives and I better prepare myself for years of regret."

My problem here isn't about the prestige of any school. It has to do with how excited you are in creating this unnecessary stigma for new institutes. The fact that AADSAS lead the boycott of a ranking system is testament to how there's no justification in ranking schools for general practitioners. You don't go to a new dental school because you're out of options and banished to the West Indies. We all sit on the same playing field as anyone else who passed their boards. If you plan on pursuing dentistry then see to it that there are future professionals within these new schools that you will no doubt interact with in your lifetime. They are not beneath you. They are your colleagues, and they deserve as much respect as you to them.
