Caribbean or Romania?

I study medicine, and I am applying to two different med-schools Avalon University School of Medicine 5.5years Pre-Med/MD program and Oradea Univeristy Medical School 6 years program. Both schools seem like great schools, I would like to know which of the two school program would be best, where you start with the pre-med program and than advance into basic science or go to Romania where it seems like people start with basic science program in the 1st year?

This school doesn't require physics, doesnt require an MCAT and interviews are done over the phone. How many red flags do you need?
