Caribbean Pharmacy Schools?

are there any pharmacy schools in the caribbean that are recognized by the U.S. Pharm Association? they have med school there, why not pharmacy schools? Please share.... thanks!

None in the caribbean as of yet. However, looks like a pharm school in Lebanon is accredited. Also, schools in Canada are recognized. That is if you are considering schools outside of the US.

I think Nova has a satellite program in Puerto Rico and they are recognized. For more information you can check at www.nsu.edu/pharmacy

i think canadian pharm schools are much harder to get into than US schools due to there being less of them, and provincial restrictions. some schools in canada will not even accept students from other provinces, let alone foreign students.

you may want to try schools in the larger cities though if you are still looking to try, like the university of toronto. it's a great university and a great city to live in.
