Hi there
i am general Hematologist just finsh from fellowship few months ago
working in tertiary hospital in saudi arabia focusing in BMT and CART and treating advance hematology cases
I am interested Leukemia mainly and then BMT.
my boos met me few day ago and gave me the plan of the department as they wanna be focusing more in CART in-house and cellular therapy
and want me to be working in this field within 5-6 years and lead this
I have chance to go to Canada/usa/uk
but I have No idea about CART therapy in a cellular part
first I wana to get fellowship in eaither Leukemia or BMT
then i will focuse on CART therapt/cellular therapy
is there any one have an idea about this
any one give me good plan/Hospitals/programms/labs that i can go there
is it worth to avoid clinic and treating patient and focuse on cellular therapy and these things? any other idea
