Guys & gals - here is what I found on my local university's website about dental school interviews:

"Some schools will have the applicant carve something during the interview. Check with each individual school regarding this, and get information regarding where to gain
practice in the area if they feel it is important. Artistic ability and interest IS important
to becoming a successful dental practitioner."

Has anyone been thru this? What was your experience and what may they ask you to carve?

No dental schools have carving during the interview, except LSU and some Canadian schools. Most likely this is not something you need to worry about.

To clarify, Canadian schools take the Canadian DAT which has carving as part of the test, you don't go to the interview and get handed some soap. (P.S. carving sucks soooo bad)
