Has anyone been able to change the font size or font style (or for that matter, underline or write anything in bold) on the CAS application? I can't figure out a way to do this through Adobe Acrobat itself. One of my friends was able to copy and paste from Microsoft Word, so she wrote everything in a smaller font and was able to fit a lot more info onto her application...For some reason though, when I try to do this, Adobe automatically changes it to its default large font.

A lot of what you can do with the CAS application is limited when you use Adobe Reader. If you really want to change things around, you should find a copy of Adobe Acrobat, which may let you edit a lot more.

Now if your essay is so long that you need to choose a smaller font size, you need to shorten your essay! Seriously. I reviewed tons of these last year and my eyes start to glaze over after the 2nd paragraph.

Hit Control + E, and a toolbox will come up, allowing you to change font size, font, etc

Where I didn't like the format or space available in the PDF, I edited the postscript directly using Adobe Illustrator. This would likely preclude submitting it electronically, as the text will not be entered into the predefined form submission fields.

I typed in word and pasted into adobe. Arial 10 worked well for me.
