CAS question

Okay, so I'm filling out my CAS and doing okay until I come to the section that says "Specialty Elective(s) and Related Activities"...

What do I write here? Do I just write down the electives I've taken so far (which is only research and ophtho so far)? And what the heck is a related activity?

i just wrote down my 3rd year ophtho experience, my 4th year rotation, and my future aways

I included my away rotation, home ophtho rotation, and optho research elective. Additionally, I added other non-service, non-research activities related to ophtho such as lectures, grand rounds, previous ophtho experiences, etc. Good luck! You will feel much relief when it is finally in the mail...
