Both are great schools. Case western is a bit larger in class sizes and favors group work for learning. Pitt has a large medical center and a smaller class size (very research orientated). Pitt also has group work for learning.
Location wise, Pittsburgh is a nicer and safer community overall. Academically very similar but Pitt med ranks quite a bit higher than Case Western med, so I would go with Pitt. Amazing choice!
This is no brainer, Any day Pitt over Case BS MD if target is academic medicine. Med school matters also Pitt undergrad is equally good with lot of research opportunities.
Although Case med school is no match to Pitt Med but one should not be disguised with undergrad for CASE being slightly higher ranked which does not matter if you already have assured T15 med school admission.
