I have tried several of the case/holster combos on the market and IMHO: The Seidio Innocase II Surface Spring Clip Holster Combo is the king hands down. It's perfect for clipping on my waist when wearing scrubs and just keeping it in my pants pocket when wearing shirt/tie (and leaving the belt clip at home).

It's not available in most stores and goes for around 30$ on Amazon and 40-50 elsewhere online.

It's really not strictly a case, but I use a Mophie Juice Pack Air battery extender, which is basically acts like a hard plastic case while giving me extra battery life. It adds a little weight and thickness to the phone, but it's not that bad and I can get through a long day of using the phone a lot without making a big dent in the iphone's own internal battery.

It doesn't have a belt attachment or anything so I just picked up a generic horizontal leather belt holster thing I found at Target that I can slide the phone into when I need to.

Are you able to fit your phone with the switch easy rebel into the DLO case or do you take it out of the hard case first?

I bought the switch easy neo case and it wont fit with the phon into the DLO case 🙁

Rebel fits in the DLO case just fine. Only quibble I have with the DLO case is that the clip isnt hinged so it bends outwards if you lock it on something thicker (like a belt), making it loose on a scrub waistband
