So I am trying to load some cases on the ACGME site. I have a question about the Case Id. Is that the pt identifier, i.e. SSN, or just something we assign for our records?
The Help has this
Patient Id:
Enter up to 20 characters to identify the patient for your own purposes. Patient Id is optional and usually only used for reporting and clarifications.
The site uses case id and it isn't optional, bc it requires it before the case can be saved.
I just don't want to get to the end and realize it should be pt SSN or MR numbers and get hosed.
