I'm not at Virginia Mason, but their web site shows a graph of their numbers relative to what the RRC requires. I ended up with close to 600 general anesthetics my CA-1 year.

Duke's caseload Duke

You can see the RRC requirements at Program requirements

Those are the current program requirements. There are some changes in the works, and those can be seen at new requirements with tracked changes and without tracked changes.

Your program director should have the numbers for your program.

Numbers will vary depending on what rotations you do. Peds can add a lot to your numbers. I did around 180 peds cases in my 2 months. They ranged from tubes and tonsils (fast) to coarctations and cranial vault reconstructions (slower). I can do 15 general anesthetics for tubes and tonsils in the time someone else can do 2 CABGs.
