How do you dilute it when doing a CABG? 250mcg into 50cc's? 25cc's? Or no dilution.

I was not aware that a Sufentanil induction causes hypotension!

I don't use sufenta a lot anymore. I may crack a vial open once a month just to use it. I had an attending that used it to treat HTN during residency (regardless of the cause). Worked great. Super fast.

the article describes intraarterial sufenta injections and vasodilation as a result with no changes in MAP.
What was the route and dose your attending used to give for treatment of intraoperative HTN?
