Case reports are peer-reviewed. Generally, the only articles that do not undergo peer review are opinion pieces or certain types of letters to the editor (e.g. those written in response to a recently published article).
Generally all peer-reviewed articles just go under a 'Peer-reviewed articles' section. Sometimes, institutions require you to be more specific and separate the section into original research, reviews, case reports, etc... but that's generally not until you're at an advanced level and it seems to be a minority that are that picky.
