Case Report - Radiology Journals?

Hey,

I'm a Psych resident, I have an interesting case, MRI scan finding with a focal neurologic deficit as the presenting complaint.

I'm interested in submitting it to a Radiology journal. Any ideas?

Im happy with anything that is PubMed/low impact.
