Sorry mislabeled the title, should be: Case report journal suggestions

I have a nice write up of a patient (going for a cardiac cath ) with incidental findings of elevated liver enzymes due to overconsuming energy drinks, niacin toxicity.

I am having a hard time finding journals accepting case reports anymore
I am looking for some journal suggestions for submission.
