the real question is not which is the better school, but which school is better for you considering all your unique circumstances which only you know...i suggest gather all the info you can from both schools which you can get on the internet...then talk to qualified representatives from both schools to convince you why you should pick them..talk to the dean or professors and then talk to current dental students from each school....you may also need to consider other peoples opinions such as your family or spouse if you have one.....once you have done all this, then you can be more confident with your decision and won't have any regrets...fyi, both are very good schools and you can't go wrong with either....but don't just make rash assumptions like what the other poster who said that Case is clearly the better school....that is simply a biased and not well thought out answer....good luck and wherever you go, just give it your best...if you believe in God, then just pray and He will guide you where to go....
