Hello.

Thankfully, I accepted Case Western and Nova. I'm having a difficult time deciding which school I should attend. Personally I love Cleveland and Case Western environment, but I'm actually concerned about the PBL in Case. This will likely be a deciding factor in determining what school I attend. Personally I prefer to study alone so I don't know PBL fit for me. I heard that Case only have it the first semester and a little in second semester and 2nd year, back to lectures. 3rd and 4th year are mostly clinical like most other schools. Anyone give me feedback about PBL in Case??

I was also accepted to Case. From what I remember from the interview, PBL is in addition to the regular curriculum (lecture). The PBL is a once a week scenario that you work on with you your group. The entire curriculum isn't all PBL based. Perhaps we can tag Dr. Chuck on this and he can provide some more insight.

Thank you for the info.
Do you know how to tag Dr. Chuck on this?

Dr. Chuck,

This is irrelevant but I just wanted to thank you for everything you do for applicants. I have not met anyone from any admissions committee at any school that goes out of their way to help students more than you do. Even though I'm not matriculating to Case I really want you to know that myself and others really appreciate all you do, and that your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
