Case Western vs. Middlebury - Advice needed

I have to decide soon on my college decision. I have it narrowed down to two options, Case Western and Middlebury, where I would be a "Feb", so I would be starting a semester late. Cost isn't a factor, I'm interested in your advice between these two as they are very different, and which might prepare me best for medical school. I like them both the same, but for different reasons.
