i interviewed at case and the cleveland clinic about a week ago and was curious how long it usually takes to hear back from the school. also, do they usually send out a lot of waitlists or usually acceptances. i know the school is on rolling admissions, so i'm just curious, because i can't remember from the interview.

i only interviewed at case, but i heard back within two weeks after my interview. good luck.

was it by email or u.s. mail?

my letter from cleveland clinic was dated 4 days after my interview. i got put on their hold list which, i guess, is a little different than a waitlist at that school. i think most interviewees wind up on the list and we'll be evaluated in february again for final decision. i didn't apply to case, but i think my friend, who was accepted, got his letter about 2-3 weeks post-interview and he was actually able to call and find out his decision before that. good luck.

case = u.s. mail
cclcm = u.s. mail. but, if you're accepted they'll call you by phone first, from what i've heard.

I just interviewed at Case this week. I believe we will hear back mid-Feb about two weeks.... I"m not sure whether you can call or not

i think they do status checks on tuesday and thursday afternoons. i called roughly 2 weeks after my interview, and they gave me their decision.

I had my Case interview today. The committee is meeting on Feb. 9th to make their decisions on recent interviewees. Best of luck to all.

You can call both places and get your status too. Case had tallied votes within 3-4 days of my interview... Cleveland Clinic took a BIT longer, but they were also pretty prompt.... Good luck!

Hi

for those of you who got into cclcm, did you actually wait until they call (if you get in) or you get the result from calling them? Good luck to you all.

cclcm basically puts everyone on hold after their interview..to date i think they've only accepted around 8 people. they can't go over their limit of32 people, so they can't just hand out acceptances until they know if someone would be really interested and isn't planning on going to another school.
