You can easily substitute a an unopened bag of 1 L LR and place it under pads of bed . Seems like fluids was necessary and have a Nirse or resident also do manual compression if needed.

I did put one bag of unopened iv fluid (hard plastic) underneath the right iliac crest and I continued the pushing by two hands. Do you recommend to put under the pad of the table instead?
