Interested in seeing some of patients and diseases that these two specialties deal with frequently and a set of learning cases seemed like a good way to go about. Any suggestions for something similar to the Case Files or Blueprints Cases books exist for either of these specialties? Online or print would both work.

The PREP subspecialty curricula are out there: http://aap.org/profed/PREP-Family-Catalog.pdf, but they may be more expensive than you'd want to pay for something really geared toward subspecialists, not medical students. That said, see if your school/hospital library has a subscription to any of them. If not check if they subscribe to Pediatrics in Review. Though this is geared for residents, it will have some great review articles for you and some are in a clinical- vignette format. You will have to sift through to find specific specialties though.
