I was wondering if there is a database/search engine out there for cash/non-third party based physical therapy clinics.

Not that I know of. There's not enough to my knowledge but maybe someday.
 
Fozzy,

Do you have a patient that does not have insurance? If so, most PT clinics will offer a flat fee per visit.
