Just wanted to give you an update on the requirements to apply for our highly competitive Physical Therapist position for the Active Duty Army and Army Reserve.
Requirements to Apply:
1. Applicants must possess a conferred doctorate degree in physical therapy (DPT) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program.
2. Provide PSV of an active, unrestricted state PT license.
3. Applicants must be actively practicing as a fully licensed PT for 1 year year prior to the board date.
This Area of Concentration 65B Active Duty or Reserve, has a Once-a-Year board date. The 2026 Board date is conducted 10-13 August 2026.
Even if you do not qualify now or if you are still a student, at least you can see if you are interested, what you will need to have applying in the future.
ONLY 10 POSITIONS AVAILABLE ON ACTIVE DUTY AND 3 POSITIONS IN THE ARMY RESERVE.
