Cashing of checks by Vandy and Umich?

Damn..sorry about all the random posts in a row...

Vanderbilt: I interviewed a month ago!!!! And I just today they cashed my check! Anyone else have Vandy act so slow on taking their money? Does that mean my rejection is on the way??!?! 🙂

Umichigan: I sent all my materials in JULY!!!! I interviewed there this past weekend. STILL, they have NOT cashed my check!!!! Anyone else's check from Umich been cashed?

If you're 'lucky' they'll reject you before they cash the check, and you can cancel it quickly 😉 At least that might take some of the sting out of it.

I'd check up on Michigan if I were you... they cashed my check back in August. It was cashed just two weeks after they received it.
