Conclusions: These results constitute preliminary validity evidence supporting the integration of Casper into applicant selection in an occupational therapy graduate program.

 
Interesting paper and glad that someone is looking at it with a rigorous research methodology. Casper in my mind will never be a valid tool to evaluate applicants until they fix the intraapplicant variability (so many anecdotal stories of people scoring in different quartiles year to year).
