Click your name on the Acuity Insights dashboard, hit Account > IDs and check that your AAMC ID is properly listed, and that you took the appropriate CASPer administration. It can be confusing. You might want to reach out to Acuity and make sure that your reservation was properly associated with the AAMC ID.
I imagine they don't have verification processes in place, so if even one character is off, AAMC could theoretically be throwing error after error and nobody at Acuity would even know.
It's probably important to figure this out ASAP since missing an SJT keeps you from being complete at some places, like Kaiser or Boston, for example.
