CASPER Scores Not Delivering

Hi, I took the Casper back in April. I received my scores already and check the distributions and it says that the results have been delivered but none of my schools secondary portals show that they have been received. Anyone else having this problem?

How many schools are we talking about? Are these Texas schools? Have you asked the admissions office of your "favorite" program that required Casper about this?

Click your name on the Acuity Insights dashboard, hit Account > IDs and check that your AAMC ID is properly listed, and that you took the appropriate CASPer administration. It can be confusing. You might want to reach out to Acuity and make sure that your reservation was properly associated with the AAMC ID.

I imagine they don't have verification processes in place, so if even one character is off, AAMC could theoretically be throwing error after error and nobody at Acuity would even know.

It's probably important to figure this out ASAP since missing an SJT keeps you from being complete at some places, like Kaiser or Boston, for example.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I called CUSM and she said that it was a problem on their end. Seems so because my other schools have received my CASPER no problem now
