What's the difference between a Castroviejo needle holder and a Jacobson needle holder? The look nearly identical - what am I missing?

Well... that didn't help distinguish the two. Actually added some confusion with that bastardized needle driver on the top left they're also calling a Castro. Oh well, **** it... I guess you call them whatever the hell you want.
