Wonder if anyone is facing the same problem like me. I passed both my exams a month ago, and havent got my license because CBOP says that they have not got the results of the my fingerprints?

Just to clarify: I did send my fingerprints at the time of getting authorization to sit in both the exams, which I would say was like 4 months back. So the only reason I can think of about CBOP asking for fingerprints/live scan is may be they think that those results are pretty old. But other then that- I dont have any clue about whats going on! Taking a huge monetary loss at this point of time because of the no license number.

Any insights into solving this mystery would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Something someone told me gave me the impression that in addition to you sending the livescan form to the CBP, the Department of Justice or another department also sends them some kind of receipt or confirmation of the fingerprinting. So it could be that they have not received this. It does seem like an awfully long time for them not to have received it though, and I could be wrong about all this, but I would write to the Board of Pharmacy and tell them that you want clarification so that if something's wrong you can contact the proper authority.

Thanks for your inputs. I have sent them couple of emails, asking for the clarification, but all I get is an automated response asking me to wait for three days in case the application is 45 days old. But still its around 30 days so seems like they are not even responding to the email. Is there a phone number, where they actually pick up the phone.

Please PM me, if in case some one has the phone number, where CBOP picks up the phone.

Thanks.

I had gotten a fingerprint deficiency letter after I had send in my completed application. The fingerprint operator had failed to input my SSN (even though I had put it on the form). I was told to take another fingerprint by the board.

Same here, I got a deficiency letter too. So I went ahead and resubmitted my new fingerprint ATI letter. Hopefully it works out. Let me know when you get your license number.

Thanks.
