I registered at a community college to take a course there next semester but I changed my mind. I am not longer going to take any classes at this school. Do I have to disenroll from the college? I just don't want this school coming up in my record when I apply to medical schools.

You send transcripts to AMCAS/AACOMAS from schools which you took classes at. So if you didn't take classes here then you'll be fine.

unless you are withdrawing from the course (ie getting a W) or anything like that, it doesn't matter and wouldn't need to be reported because you will have nothing on that CC's official transcript.

Why do people ask these questions here when the right thing to do is to ask the administration of the CC. You will not only get the correct answer but you can avoid us giving you that advice and slowing down the process. Just pick up the phone or email. This is general advice to anything where the issue is with a particular institution.
