Personally, I go to science-oriented conferences... but everyone has there own niche and interests...
I went to SCCM once... they debated steroids in sepsis... I instantly left and went to get a drink...

I don't know of listings. It's more word of mouth and field of interest. I've always gone to conferences based on where other colleagues go who have similar science interests.
