So both say that it stimulates bile to be released, BUT Cliffs also said that it causes pancreatic enzymes to be released.
So, what is true?
Is it because I have 2nd edition Cliffs? a little older?

Thanks

To add to this:
In Shaums, Secretin supposedly causes a release of pancreatic enzymes, not just bicarb. Does bicarb HAVE to be secreted with the pancreatic enzymes or can it be secreted alone?
Is that true?

pancreatic juice is all secreted together...so includes enzymes plus bicarb
