I am addressing this mainly to practicing Anes-CCM docs.
I am a CA-2 applying for CCM fellowships. I have some questions:
In your opinions, is it better to do a fellowship at a place where you run the show, so to speak, or function only as a consultant?
Once done with fellowship, what are your practices like? Do you mostly do a mixture of OR and ICU, solely OR or solely ICU?
What are the private practice opportunities with a CCM fellowship?
I really dont know beyond an academic setting?
