CCOM alternate list 2015

Alright, so I'm new to the whole waitlist thing. I was placed on CCOM's alternate list on April 24th, and I am anxiously (maybe an understatement) awaiting some sort of movement on the list. Does anyone know when CCOM usually begins to consider alternate candidates? Has anyone been moved off of the list recently or received any further information about the process? Any information is much appreciated.

Judging from previous CCOM discussion threads, movement seems to begin late May and can continue up until the first week of school. I have yet to hear of any waitlist movement presently.

From what I understand, the admissions committee has very little involvement with regards to movement off of the waitlist. Movement off the waitlist seems to be controlled by the decision of a single person, the director of admissions.

May 15 is the deadline for school deposits. I wouldn't expect too much movement until at least then. I am lucky enough to be holding acceptance, but am still gunning for CCOM as my top choice. Best of luck to us waitlisters!

Hey! Yeah, unfortunately I still am. I have sent a LOI, multiple update letters, CV updates and letters of recommendation over the past 6 months. Hoping for word soon, but I'm willing to hold out till the bitter end haha. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
