Whoever interviews tomorrow will have interviewed the day before you - so no, you aren't the first one.
Yup, tomorrow is the first day. People will be interviewing Thursday and Friday as well. Im not sure about Wednesday. In case you were wondering how I know; Im one of the tour guides.
I'm interviewing in October. How was the interview format (panel? one-on-one?) and the campus? Not really related to the interview but, how far away is the campus from Chicago?
The interview was a panel. I had one DO one PhD and a fourth year student. The studnet did most the talking and the PhD did the least. I was asked one scenerio type question and asked what I would do in that situation. Campus is okay. I have seen better but I have also seen worse. They are building a new gym for next year. They have dorms on campus which, for me, gave a little bit of an undergrad feel. from what I heard, on a good day with no traffic it would take you a half hour to drive to DownTown Chicago but usually its closer to an hour. check out the interview reviews on SDN for some questions. before I went to my interview some people told me that CCOM is not friendly and the iterview would be sterssful. I was all scared but that was not the case at all. the interview was really low key with a lot of joking. everyone was really nice and all day long first and second year students came by to talk to us!
I interviewed on the first day..Mon 25 Sept! It was really a nice campus and the students are very friendly...they had just taken their first exam( Anatomy) but everyone took the time to come up to us and chat and wish us well.

I got my invite in the mail today! This is the one I've been waiting for! However, I'm trying to schedule it online and it says "Please select one of the following dates." but it has no dates to select. Did any of you have this problem? Perhaps they just haven't open up any more dates yet? Or I just dont' know what I"m doing?
My aacomas has been complete since the end of July or beginning of August, but I just got the 2ndary out last week.

I am going crazy waiting to hear from DMU.... I have an interview at Nova in Florida a week from today and I still have not bought the tickest hoping to heat from DMU before I pay the money for the flight... I think, though, that I am going to get tickets today before they start costing a rediculus amount of money!
