its hard to say. some people havent heard anything yet and they had their apps done in the summer, some heard right away. i got an interview about 2 weeks after my app was complete. i got it on December 4th and it was scheduled for Jan 16th. therefore, it would be safe to say that they are probably giving offers right now to interview in March. although i dont know how much further they have to go in the interview process. hope some of this rambling helps!
