CCOM interview

I received an invite too!
I got the invite over the phone for the first week. I should get my letter tomorrow, but am a little impatient; what days does CCOM interview. The first week they're interviewing happens to be my birthday week, so I was just curious as to whether there was a possibility I would interview on my birthday.
I just talked to CCOM... they are interviewing the week of Sept 25th... when that opens they may open the week of Oct.9th and then when that fills they will open the week of Oct. 30th. I found out because I have RN orientation and can't make it until Nov. 2nd.
Unfortunately I can't schedule yet though... have to wait until other dates fill and the next week opens up.

Do they interview every day of those weeks? They seem to have a bit of space between interview weeks.
did you write to them ahead of time to let them know about your RN orientation? I called a few weeks ago because I'm leaving for france and I'll only be home for 2 3 week periods and the woman told me to write her a detailed email of what I'm doing etc...I was just going to wait to see if I am even offered an interview and see if I can reschedule...any thoughts? and congrats on your interviews!!

No, she didn't say I needed to write an email. She told me I just needed to call her mid-October.

I just got my interview invite letter today in the mail.
I tried the online scheduling at www.midwestern.com/scheduling and I click accept interview and then when it says to choose a date there are none listed...so whats up with that?
I read soem prior posts in this topic ans saw that Sept 25th is one week then after that...

so does that mean Sept 25 is full is that why I dont see any dates to choose from? and Now I must wait till they open the next interviewing week??? Anyone else have problems?

congrats! When were you complete? I just sent mine in this week and am wondering how long it takes. For NSU i was complete in the morning and got an interview invite in the afternoon.
I just received my invite and had the same problem. If it is not resolved by the weekend, I will call them on Monday. I am just excited to my first invite!
I guess the website is down now....it wont even go to the next screen that was supposed to list the dates....will wait till Monday!

DRKUBA, I believe I was complete there around Aug 15th or so...and they know that I retook the MCAT in Aug as well. So about just under a month as the letter for interview was dated Sept 12. So 2 interviews now...waiting

I spoke with Mary at CCOM this morning and their Interview system is down. Even she can not access the available dates when i asked if I could schedule it over the phone. She said they would work to bring the system online again soon. Hopefully later today....so we must wait to schedule...

i got an invite in the mail today too! i could only choose between the week of 10/8 and 10/13. a little thrown off by the thin envelope in the mail, but when i saw a map through it i knew the news was good!
I called VCOM today to schedule my interview and she asked if i could come on thursday. i assume someone cancelled b/c the next available slot was in october.

When I signed up for my interview, the 25th wasnt even an option. I received my letter in what appears to be the first batch of interview invites, and scheduled mine on Sunday the 10th. I am scheduled on the 26th, but Im wondering why some people who signed up after me got the 25th as an option, and I didnt.

my physician letter is taking a loooong time to get processed by CCOM. anyone have a similar experience? My advisor sent it at the end of august.
DrKuba, are you getting this information through the on-line status page? You may want to call CCOM for verification, or use the "interact now" on-line counselor to find out for you. Give Admissions a call and they can tell you if that is true. I say this because my on-line status page says I am not complete, but I really am.
