Hey all! I was just working on my resume for CCOM, and it notes that they are looking for nonacademic interests -- just wanted to check and see what people did with this.... i graduated in 2003, so now spend most of my free time with the fam and friends - i cant imagine my love of knitting and the food network going over that well - what would the implications be if i dont put anything down? and if you do put something down, do you keep it in the same format as the rest of the resume? it seems kind of silly to do:

Knitting Home, NH, 1998-2004
~Began this craft....blah blah blah....

ya know? what did you all do? thanks!

I put down all sorts of hobbies I'm into. They're looking for nonacademic interests, so just be honest. I formatted it like the rest of my CV. Stated the hobby, the general dates, and a short summary of my involvement with it. I know there is something you're interested in, put it down!

thanks!! makes me feel better - i just dont want them to get my app and laugh at what i do in my free time when others are solely formal, ya know?
