Hi all, I realize most of you are way beyond the secondary stage, but does anyone know if I can get the CCOM supplemental app online or in word version? I received the paper copy in the mail, just wanted to ask before I go on my search for a typewriter. THANKS! 🙂

Well I don't remember if they had secondary application online. Moreover its just one page you have to fill out. I just used black pen to fill it out.

There is definately an essay required. Fill out whatever you can in black ink and type your essay in word.

That's what I did, and I got an interview, so I guess it was ok.

Hi. Sure. You have to attach a current CV including: education history, work history, college extracurriculars/honors/leadership responsibilities, community activities/honors/leadership responsibilities, medically related work and volunteer experiences, hobbies & non-academic interests.
The essay is: (500 words or fewer) Why are you seeking a career in Osteopathic Medicine, and why do you believe CCOM would provide you with the type of Osteopathic medical education you are seeking?

yeah, not worth it to type the app.
if it's on the computer, word or acrobat, then go right ahead. but if it's paper or not easy to use a computer, then just write neatly with a permanent pen, like a very fine line felt or liquid ink pen, i mean ballpt is good too, just make sure it is not erasable. i've gotten interviews from schools where i just wrote on the paper they sent and typed the essay in word, including CCOM.

They sent me a letter. Letter contains the login info used for scheduling interview on-line.
