what is the purpose of putting a dx if its not graded? does it matter what you write in there? also, for a pregnancy test in the office, do u do urine or serum?
I notice the software recommends genital and rectal exams on patients with unrelated complaints, like depression. Is that appropriate?

I suppose you write it just in case they decide to change the rules last minute .. you never know.. however if you run out of time, dont worry about it.

for pregnancy test in office : do a urine b-hcg quantitative

and for cases like depression .. you should be doing a full exam anyways .. however you can leave off genital / rectal if you want to. either or, it doesnt count against nor pro for you in grade .. if you look at uworld notes, they're in the neutral column for grading
