Anyone got a system or mnemonic for the CD4 counts and corresponding diseases in HIV? Its kinda tough to memorize....

While I'm asking does anyone know if we need to know renal vs hepatic eliminations of drugs? It keeps popping up in random question and I can't find a list in FA or anywhere.....
