CDAT, and dates etc

I'm trying to compile a list of dates etc for American Schools but some school websites are not stating specifics
1. Deadline for application to be accepted for each school
2. Deadline for DAT (ie one school deadline is Nov 23rd and my next DAT is early November. This schools requires carving which I have not yet done so I cant apply to this school... New England)
3. which DAT score to send them... some take highest , or most recent etc
4. Do all schools require you send the Canadian DAT to them?

anyone who has any of these details, would they mind passing them on?

ADEA guide has all of this information. It's only 10 dollars for an online copy. Or you can always call the school.

I have that.

I see the part where it says - latest DAT for consideration of application. Now I have to cross off Midwestern also because they require the carving also.

Not every school requires carving but they dont say anything about it in the guide. So far I know the 2 <idwesterns and New England ask for all CDAT sections. I got this by either their website or from an email.

Not everyone replies to emails either.
