CDP cube counting on test #2 wrong?

Sorry for posting this as im sure it has already been covered at some point in time on the holy sdn. I just finished cdp test 2 and on the cube counting section 62-64 I dont understand why they are claiming there is a cube behind the tower. It is not necessary to support anything and it cannot be seen (according to the rules I thought that meant to assume it's not there).

Does anybody know why? or was this just a bs question?

there is no cube behind the tower

if there was, they woudl ask how many two faced cubes ther are
but they dont ask that

I've seen some VERY obvious mistakes on CDP so I wouldn't doubt you saw one either.

alright cool now how many cubes have 3 sides painted and how many have 4?
