Just looking at it without even doing anything you know that A can’t be the answer because of that hole punch on the top not being symmetrical with anything on the right side of the grid after it’s folded over. That was my first choice eliminated and then i looked at what you wrote and you said they put A as the answer. Obvious mistake. I got D
