Cell Biology Online Class

This is my second year applying and I am interested in applying to Michigan State University and the University of Tennessee which both require cell biology a class that wasnt offered at my undergrad. Would it look bad if I took this course online??

I'm pretty sure that they want that class with a lab...

I would just call those schools and ask. I know my Cell Bio for UTK had a lab.

My cell bio worked for UTK without a lab. But I took it at my university.

They won't bite your head off or mark you down as lazy if you call and ask. I was always worried about that 😳, but they are really really nice!

Michigan state does not require cell bio lab, but does require cell bio lecture. I've heard a lot of good things about the UC Davis extension cell bio course. I can post the link later after I get off work.

I can't say if it'll help you for those schools, but I've already used it in histo. Just be sure to apply yourself to it if you take it online. I know that can be hard to do.
