cell divison question

In Feralis notes the chapter on cell division says "plants do have MTOC's called centrosomes, but they aren't composed of centrioles".
Other resources such as Wiki are saying "Fungi and plants lack centrosomes and therefore use other MTOC structures to organize their microtubules."

if someone could please help clarify things that would be great.

Some sources use centrosome kind of interchangeably with MTOC's, but it's probably more accurate to say that plants don't have centrosomes or centrioles. Thanks for pointing this out, I'll be sure to update!
