Central CA flexible schedule/great comp

Small community hospital 1 hr from Fresno and 1.5 hrs from Monterey CA. 2 ORs, bread/butter cases. 1- 24 hr anesthesiologist shift. Average 2-3 cases 1 epidural for 24 hr shift. $3400 per shift
1- 8 hr shift on weekdays. $2100 per shift.
Flexible schedule. Call from home. Current staff make $600k with 15 weeks off.

Im guessing its Q2 Call and 48hr weekend call every other week or something. Otherwise I dont see the numbers working. Still sounds chill though…

Yes. Some take 2-3 days of call in a row. Call is light.

3400$ for a 24h shift? Is this home call? $141 an hour doesn’t seem like enough to me even if call isn’t busy
