Certification of finances

HI all

was going thr' my application and saw this certification of finances to be sent for international student
does any one know what has to be sent .
and if it has to be sent along with teh application
the university web site is kinda confusing me .. as they say it is recquired after the final selection and then they say in conclusion that all haveto be sent along with teh application

what is this cerificate and what has to be sent and whether it has to be sent atall
the deadlines r near and dun fell like missing the deadline !
any help is highly appreciated !!

call the university you're interested in and ask them to clarify your question..it's easier and safer this way..good luck!👍

calling them mostly goes on teh voice mail !
i have emailed 2 of them and luckily am hope to get replies to it soon ...
if any other input on it willpost it here !
