Certifications with No Expiration Date?

I have many certifications that I think would be relevant to my PTCAS application that do not have an expiration date. When submitting a certification, however, the "Valid Until" box appears to be required.

How can I include certifications that do not have an expiration date? What should I put in the "Valid Until" box?

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

If it requires some sort of date, 3 years gets you through 1 or 2 (if needed) application seasons, then by the time you interview or enter school, you can explain verbally. Just avoids possible red flags and stuff. My opinion.
